If for any reason you're not satisfied with your product, simply return it for a prompt and courteous exchange, credit, or refund of the merchandise purchase price. We are able to exchange, provide a store credit or refund your purchase if your merchandise is returned and received within (10) ten days from the date of delivery and with the following conditions. You will need to pay for all shipping and handling charges and the item must be unused and undamaged. Once inspected and your return meets our requirements, we will refund the appropriate balance of your money. We do charge a restocking / return fee of 25% or $15.00 whichever is greater. If you decide to cancel your order prior to it shipping, you will be charged the restocking fee.

Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a return authorization number and to ensure that it is not a final sale item. You must write this number on the outside of the box in order for your return to be accepted. After 11 days, all sales are final.
Always About Horses asks that merchandise be returned in its original condition meaning that the merchandise is unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original packaging and that you include a copy of the invoice or packing slip with your reason for return.
Items returned without a return authorization number, past 11 days, or not in original condition will be returned to customer at the customer's expense.
We are not responsible for shrinkage or bleeding as a result of washing your item(s).
The following items are not returnable/exchangeable under any circumstances:
All Final Sales Items. Any Custom Personalized Jewelry, Apparel, Home Decor or any item that has been custom personalized.
Shipping charges incurred for exchanges will be billed to customer who placed the original order unless otherwise specified. Credits to credit cards take approximately two weeks to process from the time the return is received and processed.
Canceled or modified orders must be done as soon as possible. Call or email your request, we will do everything we can to assist you. If the order has been shipped we will not be able to cancel or modify the order, it would then be the customer's responsibility to send the package back to AlwaysAboutHorses.com and the original return/ exchange policy will be applied.
For all returns, you will not be refunded for any shipping charges paid on your order. You are also responsible for any shipping charges incurred in shipping the products back to us.
Free Shipping Offer & Returns
Discounts are not applicable with returned merchandise; the total discount will be deducted from the value of any returned item to which the discount applied. Hence, if your order was over $100 and you received a free shipping discount, and your return takes your order subtotal under $100, the free shipping discount is no longer applicable. The discounted amount will be subtracted from your refund. Alternatively, if the value of the items you keep is still over $100, the free shipping discount is still applicable and you are eligible for a refund for the full amount of the returned items.
Exchanged items along with orders that use a store credit are not eligible for free shipping.
As long as your returned items are in like-new condition, your refund will be credited to the account used to pay for the original order within two weeks.
